December 3, 2007- Lawyer of Sheikh Mohammad al-Moayad and Mohammad Zayed, Mohammad Naji Allaw, said that the Appeal Court reviewed the defense's challenges and reserved their case to unknown time.

He expressed, in an interview with the US-based "Yemen American net", his hope to release them.

Allaw further said that there are new causes presented by the defense which could lead to cancel the primary ruling, pointing out that big mistakes had been accompanied the primary trial.

He also affirmed that these two persons did not commit any a crime against US and that they were subjected to injustice after they were lured to Germany.

Moreover, Allaw praised efforts exerted by the Yemeni government toward the case, emphasizing that he was mandated by the president himself to follow up the case.

Noteworthy, the US Brooklyn Court ruled earlier imprisonment of Al-Moayad and Zayed for 75 years and 45 years respectively and fined nearly $2 million on accusations of supporting terrorism
